1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation subject to the following conditions: • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: No refund • No-show (client does not attend without notice): No refund All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session at no additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above. Each booking allows one free reschedule. Subsequent reschedules may be subject to an administrative fee.
3. Cancellation by Suyash Astrology
In the unlikely event that Suyash Astrology needs to cancel a confirmed session, clients will be offered: • A full refund, or • A reschedule at a mutually convenient time Suyash Astrology will provide as much notice as possible in such circumstances.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund requests must be submitted to: hello@suyashastrology.com with your booking details.
5. Partial Sessions
If a session is cut short due to technical issues on our end, a partial refund or complimentary follow-up may be offered at our discretion. Technical issues on the client's end (poor internet connection, device issues) do not qualify for a refund.
6. Dissatisfaction
Astrology consultations involve subjective interpretation and guidance. Refunds are not provided on the basis of disagreement with the astrological analysis or because the consultation did not align with the client's expectations. If you have concerns about your consultation experience, please contact us directly so we can address them.
